As a playful twist on an elf- the mythical helpers who swoop in and make magic happen behind the scenes- the creative spelling of our name is inspired by the initials of our founder, Emma L. Vernon.With over 10 years of coffee industry experience, Emma has worked in shops of all shapes and sizes - influenced by many different entrepreneurs, corporations, managers, atmospheres, teams, and products. She’s seen the burnout a disorganized system can cause a team firsthand, and has developed a sharp eye for organization, function and efficiency in order to bring a calm approach to the caffeinated chaos.The Inventory Elvs exist to step in behind the scenes, tighten systems, reclaim time, and make business run smoother—almost like magic.✨
