Welcome to The Inventory Elvs. By purchasing our products or services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
The Inventory Elvs provides operational consulting services for cafés, coffee shops, and drive-thrus, including but not limited to: the Elv Starter Kit (digital download), The Audit (in-person assessment), The Build (implementation engagement), and Full Elv Mode (ongoing monthly retainer).
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase through our designated payment processor (Stan Store). Full Elv Mode is billed monthly on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting [email protected].
Scheduling
The Audit and The Build begin with scheduling a visit or onboarding session, typically arranged within 24 hours of purchase. Timelines communicated (e.g., “one week” for the Audit, “3-4 weeks” for the Build) are estimates and may vary based on your operation’s size and scope.
Scope of Services
The Build includes reorganization, systems design, and training using your existing shelving, storage, and equipment. Any new structures, shelving, built-ins, or equipment required beyond what currently exists on-site will be quoted and agreed upon separately before any additional work or cost is incurred.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Elv Starter Kit: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, given the nature of digital goods.
• The Audit: If we do not identify actionable findings during your Audit, your fee will be credited toward a future Build or Full Elv Mode engagement, valid for 6 months.
• The Build: Cancellations must be requested in writing before onboarding begins for a full refund. Once onboarding has started, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Full Elv Mode: You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to your operation, staff, and relevant business data (e.g., vendor invoices, sales data) needed for us to deliver our services effectively.
Limitation of Liability
The Inventory Elvs provides operational recommendations based on observed data and industry experience. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, market conditions, and business-specific variables.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided (reports, SOPs, training kits, templates) are for your business’s internal use and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
